WILLIE NEAL / WYOMING HIGH SCHOOL NORDIC SKIER OF THE YEAR ANNUAL AWARD
This award and scholarship is meant to honor his legacy of dedication, passion, sportsmanship, and service. It hopes to inspire other Wyoming skiers to strive for excellence and to make a difference in our State and in our world.
AWARD CRITERION:
- dedication to skiing/commitment to training and a "never
give-up" attitude
- competitive results (State races, Junior Nationals, etc.)
- good sportsmanship, demonstrating humility and integrity
- leadership within Wyoming skiing
- leadership within their community
- ability to inspire other to get involved, to achieve and to "reach higher"
